Our “All-Inclusive Family Holiday” is one of the best and most extensive offers in Germany. Our all-inclusive gives the children an abundance options – and the parents a relaxing sense of freedom. If you have any requests or questions, our reception is available for you 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Do you or anyone in your family have allergies or food intolerances? If you have not already informed us with your reservation, please let reception know so that we can make sure your needs are properly cared for during your stay!

Your room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00. Please remember to return all loaned items such as bottle warmers, kettles, key cards… to their proper place. Many thanks!

At our baby buffet we offer various milk powder and baby porridge from the company HiPP. The kitchen staff are also happy to prepare fresh baby food for you, please order directly with our restaurant staff.

An ATM from the Sparkasse and Postbank banks are found in central Oberhof.

Parents are welcome to play with their children in the family play area. Please understand that all other children’s club areas are reserved exclusively for children.

In Oberhof you will find several cross-country trails between 5 and 50 km long, most of which start at the “Grenzadler”. Also available are many kilometers of prepared winter hiking trails and a natural toboggan run. Our reception staff have all the information available for you.
A highlight in the region is the LOTTO Thüringen Indoor Skiing Centre Oberhof, where you can go cross-country skiing all year round. For more information see “Ski Centre”.

The reception will put you in touch with the emergency medical service outside of the usual office hours.

Our fitness trainers offer varied indoor and outdoor programmes. You will find all the information on the notice boards at the info point and on the tablet in your room.

Included in the room price is one underground parking space per room. Please note the clearance height of 2.30 m. There is further parking spaces available outside for taller vehicles.

Automatic drink fountains are found in the restaurant and bar areas. All non-alcoholic drinks from the drink fountains are of course free of charge and available around the clock!

The gym hall is open daily until 21:00. The hall is unsupervised by hotel staff and parents must supervise their children.

The go-kart track is open all day. The go-kart track is not supervised, and parents must oversee their children’s use of the track. You need special tokens for the go-karts, these are available at the reception and cost EUR 1.00 per token, which buys 5 minutes.

We have put together guided hikes and excursions, as well as tour suggestions, on your tablet in your room. Hiking maps and tips are available at reception or at www.oberhof.de.

Our housekeeping team will take care of all your needs such as needle, thread, blankets, pillows, etc.

We offer free high-speed WiFi access throughout the hotel.

Our guests can every evening before dinner try the recommended Wines of the Day at our Kostbar. Our sommeliers are happy to discuss and advice on your wine selection.

We offer a luggage service on arrival and departure.
All leisure areas, including shower and changing facilities, are also available to you outside of the specified check-in/out times. Luggage can be stored in lockers, and the corresponding key cards are available from reception.

You are welcome to prepare your own lunch pack at the breakfast buffet, in case you won’t make it back to the hotel for lunch.

You can pay your bill the evening before departure from 19:00-21:00 or on the day of departure from 08:00 at the reception in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by EC (debit) card. When paying by EC card, please note that many banks have a guarantee limit of EUR 1,000 per day.

Some general guidelines when brining your pet:

• Please understand that for the benefit of other guests, pets are (generally) not allowed in the restaurant, wellness and other common leisure areas
• We ask that your pet not use the bed, lounge chair or sofa in the room, so don’t forget to bring their own bed.
• Please speak with reception to accommodate the housekeeping access to clean your room during your stay.

Every suite and chalet is equipped with an internet-enabled tablet, for guests to easily access all holiday information and resort programmes, as well as internet surfing.

The pool towels and bathrobes are prepared for you in a beach bag in your room.

The ski lockers are found on the ground floor and is accessed with your room card.

One of the absolute highlights of Oberhof is the LOTTO Thüringen Indoor Skiing Centre, is unique in Central Europe and have found its place between the Alpine centre and the LOTTO Thüringen ARENA am Rennsteig. A paradise for competitive and recreational ski enthusiasts on 10,000m².

The Oberhof SNOWPARK, with its 800m long ski slope, called Fallbachhang, is one of the most popular ski areas in Thuringia. The combination of the high altitude and the available snow-making system makes the ski area in Oberhof offer some the best snow conditions in winter.

Freestylers get their money’s worth in the snow park, located by the middle station of the chair lift.

Sport Luck offers individual ski lessons for everyone who wants to learn cross-country skiing or improve their technique. The well-trained DSV * ski instructors teach you the basics of classic cross-country skiing. Advanced runners can also take a skating course.

There is a teen club in the resort. Its is a parent-free space for children over the age of 12 years. To access the club, your teenagers will need a entry card, available at the reception.

Performances and shows are held weekly in the theatre. The programme can be found in the weekly program — found on the tablet in the room.
