With Iknazz, Hermann and Lotte you can explore the world of play all year round. Of course this includes all the attractions from the cinema & theater, the family bowling alley and the soft play area to the gym and the go-kart track, 365 days a year.
Many of our other offers are also always in season: the various show programmes, the magic school and Fred’s Swim Academy are all part of the all-year-programme.
Games Area
An extraordinary woodland adventure for the whole family awaits guests of The Grand Green – Familux Resort in the new Games Area. On the 4th floor, a magical space has been created among tall trees, small roots and a total of eight fun-guaranteed games. Alongside true classics such as billiards, table tennis and various foosball tables, kids can let off steam at trendy stations like Fox Ball, Valo Jump, air hockey and Multi Ball.
Blacklight Mini Golf
Take the lift towards the clouds at The Grand Green – Familux Resort, and a spaceship will whisk you straight into the next experience – a 9-hole adventure golf course. Once you arrive in outer space, exciting challenges await the whole family. Whether loops and ramps, aliens or astronauts, every hole offers variety and guaranteed family fun. A particular highlight and absolute eye-catcher is the blacklight version, as mini golf can be played here in both daylight and the dark.
Family Play Area
The new Family Play Area is all about precious family time. Together with Ravensburger, a dedicated space has been created for mums and dads with babies and toddlers aged 0 to 4. First adventures on the climbing tower with ball pit, plenty of cuddle time on cosy daybeds and enchanting play opportunities await our youngest guests in the light-filled family area with views across the Thuringian Forest.
Cinema & Theatre
From Shakespeare to Leonardo & Scarlett – with us, the Oscars come round every week! But the most moving moments of all are seeing your own children on stage. In our cinema, gripping films and touching stories are screened throughout the week – for kids and their parents alike.
Sports Hall
Our sports hall offers plenty of space for movement and fun all year round! Whether running about, playing ball games or enjoying little sporting contests, kids can really let off steam here. It's a place for shared active time, spontaneous games and joyful family moments – whatever the weather.

Swimming Lessons
Out of the armbands and into the water! Would you like your children to learn to swim with confidence this year? We have just the offer for you, because learning to swim is a matter of trust.
From Monday to Friday at 9:00 a.m., even the very youngest can take their first swimming attempts with our swimming instructors. The minimum age is 4 years.
