Information for People with Allergies

Do you or anyone in your family have allergies or food intolerances? If you have not already informed us with your reservation, please let reception know so that we can make sure your needs are properly cared for during your stay!

All Inclusive

  • Breakfast and brunch buffet with freshly prepared omelettes and egg dishes, fresh waffles, hot sausages, salmon, cheese, charcuterie, lactose-free products, juice machine for freshly squeezed orange juice, juicer for smoothies, and much more

The Grand Green – Familux Resort is accessible by car via the A71 from the north and south, or via the A4 and A71 from the east and west. If you are traveling from the north, take Exit 42 – Gotha off the A4 toward Gotha / Suhl / Bad Langensalza / Oberhof. Coming from the south, take Exit 18 – Oberhof on the A71 toward Oberhof / Ohrdruf / Gehlberg / Zella-Mehlis-Nord. Coming from the east and west, exit the A4 at the Erfurt interchange, continue south on the A71 until Exit 18 – Oberhof. From Dresden and Frankfurt am Main, it’s just under 3 hours to Oberhof; from Munich or Hanover, you’ll reach us in about 3.5 hours.

Arrival

Check In time: Your room will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. You are welcome to enjoy the full hotel facilities even before your room is ready.

Check Out time: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM at the latest. You are welcome to continue using all hotel services (except dinner) until your departure.

  • The family sauna is designated for use by the whole family in swimwear
  • Adults only sauna (nude area) with various saunas and a steam bath. Each area has its own relaxation area and outside area.

Ski

Cross-country ski trails are within walking distance; the nearest trailhead is about 300 meters from the hotel. There are numerous trails, and our front desk staff will be happy to provide recommendations. In winter, we offer a ski storage room for your equipment.

The soft play area is open all day and is not supervised the the hotel staff. Parents must supervise their children.
